Setting a Goal
Go to SETTINGS > Your Goals (requires the Modify KPI Goals permission). Select a KPI and enter a target value for the year - goals are annual, not monthly. You can also enter, or auto-calculate, the previous year's actual result for comparison.
Not every KPI on the Firm Dashboard supports a goal - goals apply to the main grouped KPI categories (like Profit, Staff, Schedule, and New Clients), not every tile shown.
Seeing Goals on the Dashboard
Once set, the Firm Dashboard shows your current value next to the goal, the variance between them, and a trend arrow showing whether you're moving toward or away from target.
